Serving those God is bringing to our community 

It is clear from His word that our God has a heart for those in need. Jesus' own teaching was to show outrageous love to our "neighbours."

At Christ Church, we are trying to figure out what this looks like in our community, especially as our surrounding area welcomes those who are fleeing from war and oppression.

As a starting point, we would like to collect together a list of people who might be able to offer their time, talents or treasures as demonstrations of God's love and generosity towards the people He is sending into our communities.

We do not know where to start, or as yet what to do once we have a bit of a list, but that does not stop us trying to work this through.

Please pray for us as we begin to explore this, and pray for those whom our Lord is bringing to Surbiton, that He might be pleased to use us for His glory.
