Because of this, the most important thing we do as a church family is to pray together - facing up to our need of him and asking him to work. If we don't pray, then anything else we do is in vain

Boiler Room Prayer, which takes place on the first Monday of the month at 8pm is an opportunity to pray together.

At Christ Church, we’re convinced that prayer changes everything, and that if we want to see God at work in our church and community, the best thing we can do is to pray. That’s why we’d love for you to be there.

This is a no-frills time to worship, ask for God to be with us, and to pray for our mission and ministry. Our commitment is to these things, which we believe will light a fire at the heart of our church, and so we’re going to leave as much time as possible in our hour together for them. So if you’d like to be a part of seeing God at work in our church, do make sure that you’re there!

If you are not able to join us, do take an hour that evening or at another time to pray for our congregation, our nation and our world.

God's Word and prayer are central to the life of every Christian. That's why we are providing another opportunity for our church family to gather together for an extended time of prayer, sung worship and fellowship. There will be moments for reflection, a time to bring your petitions, and opportunities to share what God is saying to each of us as we gather before Him.

So join us as we pray "Your Kingdom Come!"

Each Sunday during and after our 10.30am service, we offer an opportunity to pray with someone from our prayer team. If you would like to be prayed for at another time, please get in touch with the church office and a member of our team will contact you.
