welcome to cckids!
CCKids encompasses all our work with primary school (KS1 & KS2) aged children. We believe that they play an important role in the church and the wider community, and we strive to create a space for them to be themselves, to grow spiritually, and to find a community of friends who will walk with them on their spiritual journey. We want to ensure that the times that children are at church are happy times and provide a solid foundation for their faith.

Sundays
Adventurers
School Years 1-3
Building on from the amazing Climbers group, children continue to learn more about the Bible and of God’s love for them. We have Games, singing, activities and loads more! We LOVE Adventurers!
EXPLORERS
SCHOOL YEARS 4-6
Again, we build on the fantastic learning and journeys from Adventurers to help the children learn more of God’s love. We still play games, enjoy singing and activities and we love acting the stories out! We want our times at church to help grow the children closer to one another and closer to God. We LOVE Explorers!
Other Events for Children
We value community at Christ Church and therefore run regular events for the children throughout the year, from the Light Party (our alternative Halloween Party) and our annual Holiday Club, to various fun Christmas events. We also run other social events like games nights and movie nights for the older children's groups. Keep an eye out for details of upcoming events on our Calendar or contact our Children & Youth Worker, Kate, for more information.
